 CONVERSATIONS - Strike up a conversation about your health.  You’ll get personalized advice about your health to help you make smarter choices. 


HabiTracker – The HabiTracker has a detailed log for food, exercise, and body information. You can also use the interactive calendar and energy balance calculator to monitor your progress.

 


FITNESS – Log in to read step-by-step guides to creating a successful exercise plan, take personalized fitness tests, and to learn about what you need to know to be safe. 

 


Food Finder – Search by food, restaurant, or brand to find out how the restaurant defines the food you are looking for, the nutritional value, and brand the restaurant uses when preparing your meal.

 


Joe Schmoe’s Deli – Visit Joe Schmoe’s Deli and create your own sandwich. As you build your ideal sandwich, you’ll learn about the nutritional value of each ingredient.

 


MEDICAL ENCYCLOPEDIA – Browse the Medical Encyclopedia by topic or search for something specific. Topics include Disease and Conditions, Injuries, Nutrition, Surgeries, Symptoms, and Medical Tests.

 


MENUS – Choose a menu type that is just right for you! You can pick Heart Healthy menus, Cancer Fighting menus, menus focused on Peak Performance, and Vegetarian menus.

 RECIPES – This application allows you to enter a word or phrase in the search box, and it generates a list of recipe matches.  You can narrow your search by selecting a meal category. 

 


VIRTUAL TRAINER – This application allows you to click on a muscle group label to learn how to strengthen and tone that muscle group.  The website also shows interactive demonstrations of how to work the muscle properly.
